  Pakistan shows its over happiness when a secretary level dialogues are underway between Pakistan and India, while India every time makes some excuse and disconnects the talks.Other time again the talks are resumed on the level it were left incomplete. India again reiterated its concern over the terrorists centers in Pakistan. India said that this issue will be at the top of the list of the foreign secretary level agenda of dialogue.
