    Astonishingly, though India today is the second rising economy after China in the world , but its fruits have not reached to the billions of poor and the richest are harvesting the fruits prosperous economy. These rich people live in palaces, travel in costly limousines, have luxury tours to Europe and import food items from European countries.While the million of poor hardly can afford two times meals. This contrasting version of the Indian rich and poor have annoyed the poors and for the redress el of these problems 29 judges of apex court of India  have come to the fore front to high light the short falls of the government and to manage in the way to give relief to the poor Indians.
