Supreme Court Suspended The Transfer Orders Of Zafar Qureshi

     Due to the rejection of the summary of Zafar Qureshi, back to the post of investigation officer of NILC by the prime minister, on which he was formerly working, supreme court has suspended the transfer orders of Zafar Qureshi and ordered him to take the charge of the former post immediately. Apex court also directed XZafar Qureshi to report fortnightly to the court about the progress of the investigation. Court also remarked that an honest officer like him had to be appreciated by the court as well as by government, instead  the policy of confrontation between the institutions.was adapted by the government.  Why government is throwing in the waste paper basket the verdicts of the court and its judicial authority? Court is acting with great patience but why the government is not realizing that does an honest officer justifies such treatment? Apex court also directed DG FIA to cooperate with Zafar Qureshi in the investigation of the scam. Three membered bench headed by chief justice heard the case on Friday. Court asked Babar Awan that why government was not giving due regard to the verdict of the court. Look at the record of the court no order of the court was respercted uptil now.Chief justice told the council that no officer before had taken back that much money from the culprits in the history of the nation that Zafar Qureshi has recovered. It was the duty of the government to encourage a officer like Zafar Qureshi. What the harm would government have received if he was appointed back on the investigation task.? Court also remarked that it was pushed against the wall but  we have given chance to the government every time. We could suspend the orders before but we did not. Zafar Qureshi must be provided the environment to work independently and freely.
