Aditional Director General FIA, Zafar Qureshi has been suspended once again and the notification to this effect has also been issued, Geo News reported. Only a few days back the Supreme Court had ordered reinstatement of ADG FIA Zafar Qureshi to investigate into the NICL corruption case.
According to sources, explanation had been called from Zafar Qureshi for issuing statements to the media.
It has also been learnt that the decision of suspending Zafar Qureshi once again was taken following a meeting of Pervez Elahi and Rehman Malik with the Prime Minister.
Also Chaudhary Brothers called on the Prime Misiter. Hinderances were created just after Zafar Qureshi took the charge of the post on the orders of Supreme court and the staff already working with Zafar in the case were transferred to romotest places. What will Apex Court do now?
