   American researchers team found that taking fibrous food as dry fruits, fresh fruits , curd and vegetables help in reducing weight. Researchers at Howard School of Public Healthsay that eating this kind of fruits leaves less room for fat bearing foods.
    A study conducted on 120000 individuals and observed for 20 years was published in New England Journal of Medicine revealed that the potato chips and fried foods are more responsible for increasing weight.Taking these food items daily for 4 years will increase weight by 31 pounds. The same problem will occur in the individuals taking crisps, sweets, beverages,and meat.
   Individuals taking foods like curd, fruits and complete cereals are less likely to gain weight. Those people taking more curd will lose 0.37 kilo and taking more vegetables will lose 0.1 kilo weight.
   According to professor of Howard University, the benefit of fiber in these foods is that the desire for taking foods having more calories and fats, is decreased. So collective intake of energy is lessened.As these foods have high fibers so get digested in longer time and your desire to take more food is lowered so result would be decreased for gaining weight.
