First Pakistani Who Was The Member Of Film Team Winning Oscar Award

  The film " The Day After Tomorrow" that showed the impacts of global warming on the environment, stunned the spectators due to the scenes of heavy blizzards, earth quakes and high sea waves swallowing American cities and statue of liberty, but all these scenes were not actual rather were the masterpieces of the latest technology of computer graphics and visual effects. The film team included a Pakistani youngman , Mir Zafar Ali who worked in the film as "digital effects Artist". This was ZAfar's first movie.  He worked as " Visual Effects Animator". during 2005 in film "Stealth".  He worked in 5 films as visual effects technical director, effects animator, digital effects artist, and technical director.  The films included horrible and comedy ones released in 2006, "Monster House" and "Open Season".while "Ghost Rider", Surface Up and Spider man three were released in 2007.   He joined the company R And H ( Rhythm and Hues) in 2007. The first film he worked for was The Golden Compass that won Oscar Award during 2008. So he was the first Pakistan who was the part of Oscar winning film team the award was given on best visual effects. While famous films of holly wood like The Pirates of the Caribbean, At World end Over, and Transformer were also racing for the award for visual effects.
