Sectarian Groups of Taliban:-
These include Sepah_e Sahaba, Lashkar e Jhanghvi and Sepah e Muhammad. The former two groups also help Pakistani Taliban , if needed. These groups can create law and order situation when fight with each other.and create troubles for law enforcing agencies.
Separatists Groupd:-
These include those who are in favor of separating the provinces. These are Baluchistan Liberation Army, Hae Sind Qaumi Mahaz and Waziristan movement. It is said that they are paid by Afghanistan and India to to involve in terrorist's activities to create harassment in the country.
Groups Against India:-
These consists of Lashkar e Tayyaba, Jaish Muhammad, Harkat ul Mujahideen and other smaller groups. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, Fazl ur Rahman Khalil, and Maulana Azhar Masood are the major leaders of this organization. The destination of this group is mainly to free Occupied Kashmir from the cruel grip of India. These are never involved in terrorists activities in Pakistan, but some experts say that several workers have joined Pakistani Taliban.
Foreign Secret Agencies.:-
This group can be composed of the secret agencies of India, Afghanistan, Russia, and Israel. They can carry out terrorist's actvities in Pakistan through local agents. Somee experts say they doing such activities in the country,
