The Fear Of Revolution

 The revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt has created an alarm for the other states in the gulg area. The wave of revolution has reached to Yemen and the rulers are worried.  The area of Yemen is equal ti Britain and is mostlt consisting of deserts. The economy mainly depends upon oil production, but the situation is worsening day by day. During 2002, its oil production was 0.46 million barrels per day that has decreased in 2010 to 0.68 million barrels daily and according to World Bank's forecasting it will go to zero upto 2017. The Yemeni revolution is lead by young people. They are not favoring the traditional political parties.  JMP ( Joint Meeting Parties is an umbrella for the opposition that include Islamists, Socialists Nasiris and other smaller groups.  Yemeni Socialist party is popular in the south that has been the ruling party once. However, it weakened during the 1994 civil war. Yemen is at the border of Saudi Arabia so Saudi Kingdom is also feeling the warm airs of revolution , it sent its forces to Bahrain but Saudis can do so in Yemen. The Sana University students are the poineer of the revolution who took out rallies and demanded the resignation of Abdullah Saleh. Many people gathered around them and security forces fired on the procession  that killed 52 people.Young people are unemployed the rate of jobless yuong one is 40 % IMF is controlling Yemen's economy.  Taxes are imposed on masses subsidy has been terminated on energy consumption that was 75%. Last month strike in the southern provinces Dheel, Lehaj, Shabva and Ehsan paralysed the daily life. Markets were closed and transport remain off the roads for 6 hours.  The strike was against the policies of federal government. during last days the protestors marched towards Presidential Palace and shelled the palace in which President Saleh Abdullah, prime minister, vice- prime minister speakers anf otherr high officials got injured.  Saleh  and his team was shifted to Saudi Arabia, He was  undergone surgical operation and a piece of bomb was taken out. Other operation was of brain near neck. People are celebrating the oozing out of Saleh Abdullah. But the the revolution that is ahead can not be stopped now that seems to spread in other nearby states.
