Pakistan Will Fight Against Terrorism With Its Own Sources---Army Chief

Declaring that suspension of US aid to Pakistan would not affect anti-terrorism fight, the Army leadership has vowed to continue fighting war on terror with indigenous resources in own national interest.
According to sources, this came out of the 140th Corps Commanders’ Conference held at General Headquarters on Tuesday with Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani in the chair.
The sources told On line that military leadership was of a clear-cut stance that conditional aid from the US was unacceptable in any circumstances and “we have been fighting this war with our own resources and will continue to fight until the menace of terrorism is eliminated.” The conference was of the view that the suspension of US aid would not affect Pakistani forces’ operational, training and professional matters as well as capabilities. “Nor would it undermine Army’s resolve to defend the national interests, territories and assets,” the sources added.
It was underlined during the commanders conference that the Army always makes long-term planning in all such critical matters irrespective of any foreign aid, the sources said and added the commanders expressed their anger and displeasure over unending US drone attacks in tribal areas. “We will continue to raise our voices at every forum against these attacks as these were counterproductive in the war against terrorism,” the sources added. The military leadership regretted that on one hand US lauds Pakistan’s anti-terror efforts but on the other it continued pressurizing Pakistan through media onslaught suspecting Pakistan’s sincerity.

Pakistan And India Will Play Football Matches In England

Cricket ties remain on hold but bitter neighbours India and Pakistan will resume their soccer rivalry next month with a series of three international friendlies in England, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) said on Monday. "Playing Pakistan is always special," AIFF president Praful Patel said in a statement. "It's a positive sign that we will play a bilateral football series against Pakistan. I'm sure all sporting fans are eagerly looking forward to it."
Manchester, Coventry and London will host the matches between Aug. 25-Sept. 11, the statement said, but the UK-based organisers told Reuters that neither the dates nor the stadiums had been finalised.    The last time India visited Pakistan for a soccer match was in 2005, although the sides last met in an AFC Challenge Cup qualifier in Malaysia this March. India won that contest 3-1.
India snapped bilateral cricket ties with Pakistan after the 2008 Mumbai attack in which Pakistani gunmen killed 166 people in a three-day shooting spree in India's financial capital.
Pakistan Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani travelled to India in March this year to watch a World Cup semi-final featuring the neighbours and the 'cricket diplomacy' has rekindled hopes of a resumption of tests and one-dayers between the sides.

Wine Can Be Authenticated With iPhone

For Charles Pillitteri, the fight against fraudsters began when he discovered fake bottles of his Canadian ice wine in Taiwan in 1998.   He tried everything to safeguard his product from counterfeiting, from
22-carat gold to invisible ink, only to realise that none would protect the consumer at point of purchase.
The proprietor of Pillitteri Estates Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, in the Canadian province of Ontario, found his solution in a bottle-top silver bubble seal that is impossible to copy. "It gives us authenticity, traceability, integrity and customer satisfaction," said Pillitteri as the recent Vinexpo wine industry fair in
Bordeaux.
The seals developed by Prooftag, a French firm that specialises in brand security is among several technologies that vintners are embracing to foil fraudsters and reassure consumers that they are buying the real thing.  With Prooftag, a consumer armed with an iPhone, a downloaded software application and Internet access can authenticate a wine in seconds, even while standing at the wine-store shelves."It's easy. You take your iPhone, take a shot of the datamatrix code and it takes you to the website and it shows you a picture of the bubble pattern for the bottle you are looking at," Pillitteri said."If you break the seal, all the bubbles are broken, the seal is gone and
you can't copy it."Android and BlackBerry versions of the app are due out by year's end.
Ice wine, a sweet dessert wine made from grapes frozen on the vine, is one of the most counterfeited wines in the world, particularly in Asia where it is a prestigious gift item.
"The bubble code creates a direct link between the final consumer and the brand holder and restores confidence," Clement Kaiser, chief executive of Prooftag.

USA Makes The Wars Source Of Nation's Prosperity And Development

History shows that whenever USA got directly involved in wars or joined wars, they caused progress of US  economy, increased production of every thing, decreased load of loans and brought prosperity for the public  Therefore, USA made the wars only source of .its  development. The latest round of wars started in 1980 in Afghanistan against Soviet Union, till then the spread of US army continues  in the world and now is active in different countries specially in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya.
During the government of George Bush , it seemed that USA has forgotton  diplomacy and made wars its hobby. Bush administration spent billions of dollars on these wars, experts say that these wars were started to minimize the volume of internal debts, but this time the wars could not bring the the positive results for the USA as thought. The reason is that the wars benefited a special group of people that were related to arms manufacturing industries, military and other concerned sectors. Bush government got loans from other countries to cope with  its increasing war expenses. Today USA is spending $ 750000 on every American soldier in Afghanistan. It is obvious that this expenditure is fulfilled out of citizen taxes or from loans.
Look at peace loving and peace maintaining USA, it manufactures and uses huge quantity and number of arms in the world. Last year USA spent $ 698 billion as a war expenditure, while China was second and spent $ 119 billion and Britain had war budget to the tune of $ 59.6.Similarly, USA sold arms worth $ 20 billion ( India remained the largest buyer) in the world. USA has 43 arms manufacturing companies out of 100 in the world. USA has 856 army bases in other countries of the world while in its own countries has 6000.  USA spends $300 every year on the maintenance and care of these bases.  USA is spending $ 10 billion monthly in Afghanistan and now the condition is that every American is under loan of $ 176, 385. The experts say that USA may start war against Iran or North Korea, the self made enemies so that it can get out of worst economic situation..
